On Thursday night the Holy Family Girls Soccer Team celebrated parents night and took on Glencoe-Silver Lake, hoping to bounce back after a recent loss. The team got off to a quick start when Claire Rothstein scored in the first 10 minutes to give the Fire a lead. Her goal was quickly followed by tallies from Grace Murphy, Caitlin Rock and Reyana Schaffer, giving the team a 4-0 lead going into the break.

In the second half, Holy Family continued to dominate possession and goal scoring opportunities. While the girls eased off the offensive pressure later in the game, looking to maintain possession, Ella Haley and Reyana Schaffer added two more goals in addition to a long distance strike from Camilla Rosenberg.

Bridget Orr recorded yet another shutout in goal.
