Movies Coming Out in March

Here is my list of movies coming out in March that I think are a must-see:

I Still Believe- Mar. 13, PG

Based on a true story, I Still Believe follows Christian music star, Jeremy Camp, portrayed by KJ Apa, through his marriage and journey of love, as well as the loss he endures. This is your classic chick-flick but also comes with an emotional rollercoaster.

Onward- Mar. 6, PG

Set in a suburban fantasy world, Disney and Pixar’s Onward introduces two teenage elf brothers who embark on an extraordinary adventure to discover if there is still a little magic left out there. Played by Tom Holland and Chris Pratt, this film is all about familial love and what you’d do for family. This is a perfect film for families to see together, especially with young children, and anyone who simply enjoys Pixar movies.

Mulan- Mar. 27, PG-13

With Disney recently coming out with countless live-action verisons of their most famous movies, it wasn’t long until they recreated Mulan. Mulan follows the same story-line as the original, in which a girl disguises herself as a man to enlist in the Imperial army in order to save her father. I think this movie is good for anyone but is especially good for young girls to watch because they are able to see a strong-willed women following what she believes in.

My Spy- Mar. 13, PG-13

My Spy is an action movie is directed by Peter Segal and is starring Dave Bautista and Chole Coleman. This movie follows CIA agent JJ as he is caught by nine-year old Sophie while he is doing surveillance on her family, and begrudgingly agrees to teach her how to be a spy.

The Way Back- Mar. 6, R

The Way Back follows a widowed, former basketball all-star lost in a struggle with addiction, who attempts to comeback by becoming the coach of a disparate, ethnically mixed high school basketball team at his alma mater. This drama stars Ben Affleck and Janina Gavankar.
