Let us turn our attention from the cold of the winter to the budding talent we have in our spring performance. The Spring performance is the end of our fairytale school year of performances. With this being the end of the year, they wish to share with you a revolutionary idea. They intend to have their performance outside and not only that, but the set will surround the audience members. There is so much to unfold with this new performance so let’s get to it.

Into The Woods is a movie adapted for our own high school performance. It includes Cinderella, the Big Bad Wolf, and Jack and his magic beans. This is a true mix of all the classic stories we were told from a young age into one performance.

It’s a brand new type of performance. One outside and incorporating the woods around the school for a new style of performance. They put the audience in the middle of the set, so each seat may get a new perspective on the performance.

The whole cast is filled to the brim with excitement at the prospect of performing outside. Even our tech crew is working hard to figure out how sound will work through the new type of set. We even have our very own Choir director providing live music to accompany the performers in the play.

It should bring us together in this time of separation and give us a good moment to look back on. Rain or Shine the show will go on. The cast can’t wait to see you there at the spring 2021 performance of Into The Woods.
