A: She helps all students at HF with managing their school life by learning how to manage time, learning how to use resources, and tackling big papers and projects.

A: Con Issues and Language Arts

A: Her passion is providing the extra support all students need to be successful.

A: Building relationships with students and maintaining those relationships throughout their high school career.

Q: What does Mrs. Redshaw do? 

A: She is a learning specialist and assists students with organization, study skills, test-taking strategies, and she has a structured study hall.

 

Q: What is Mrs. Redshaw’s favorite subject to help with?

A: Social studies because she taught social studies as a teacher for many years.

 

Q: Why did Mrs. Redshaw decide to do this job?

A: It started with her own son who struggled and was not getting the help he needed. She then began to advocate for kids because often kids who struggle academically have underlying reasons.

 

Q: What’s your weakest subject?

A: Math (good at geometry and stats)

A: All day including before and after school

A: When she sees students who have struggled to overcome obstacles and become successful
