The Holy Family Girls Soccer team closed their regular season with an outstanding record of 10-2-2, a program record, and are ready to dominate sections. Throughout the season there has been amazing improvement and a lot of hard work. After interviewing some of the girls, the most frequent drills at practice include rondos, transition play, and new passing sequences. Some favorite memories are pasta dinners, the Duluth trip, and healthy hub runs!  This year the Holy Family Fire Girls also have four all-conference awards, and the recipients are Katie Anseth, Maggie Dowling, Mimi Pavelka, and Maeve Kelly! Head Coach Sammi and Assistant Coach James were also awarded and named section 6A coach, and Assistant Coach of the year, respectively. Important info to note is that after beating Southwest Christian on October 19, with the score being 2-1, the Holy Family Girls Soccer Team are the #1 seed in the state. Make sure to come to Waconia this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. to support them as they make it to the Bank! #roadtothebank
